my biography

Manuel Guimaraes, born in Perosinho, Gaia, Portugal. Pianist, composer, improviser. Played with several bands: King Fisher's Band in Oporto, FM in Paços de Brandao, Vidya Ensemble, Separados Frutos and Katalog in Lisbon. Played at the reopening of TECA, Oporto. At Sociedade Guilherme Cossul, Lisbon, participated as improviser on the Filo-Cafés, and composed scene music for drama plays. Joined some projects of electro-acoustics and improvised music.
