my sounds

Title: 5 Miles
Raul-album1
Description: A jazzy song, that takes it's listener to different places. I have combined live musicians and studio manipulations here for achieving more contemporary sound

my influences

different kinds of music, movies and books. although, my education is jazz-based, I've been always open to all styles and approaches. life itself offers us the influences, so that we can filter whatever we perceive, and then create some art out of it.

Hi Raul, how are you? Thanks for your Mi7 friendship. Came by to listen and vote. '5 Miles' is a very interesting piece (10 points). Good arrangements, different colours, matching instruments, good melody. Great to listen to!
Hope you'll find some time to listen to my songs (of a completely different kind) and that you'll vote for me…

This souds very nice. You have mixed the jazzy sax licks very smooth with the urban drums and scrath. Nice work!

Thanks for your friendship Raul- The song you have posted here is fantastic. Crystal clear sounds, very modern and urban, somewhere between Nils Landgren, Bugge Wesseltoft and a german band called Jazzkantine. Like this style very very much !! Awesome Saxplaying by the way. Would love to listen to some more of your tracks. Respect from Duesseldorf Germany.
