Nutmeg nuissance is a virtual band with only one member. Having had piano lessons I often tried to make up my own things. Then I heard ELO with 'Out of the blue' and got in to symphonic rock. I bought a Solina string ensemble from my first savings. I got addicted to music and got me a Casio CZ1000, a Korg MS20, a Kawai K1 when the CZ got nicked, a Mac Classic for MIDI, an Alesis D4, a Korg Wavestation A/D, a Samick mixing console, a Shure microphone, a digital 8-track in 97, and more recently a PC with Cubase. Before 95 I made a few public appearances in 'Raggende Anne', 'Koen en het rottend zaad', and 'Debakel', all ancestors of 'Bescherming Bevolking', but making live music - that's not me. As I tend to forget what to play and when and how, I prefer to compose and record at home. Luckily, others help me out now and then with vocals and guitars.
