my biography

Mindmovie is playing in several bands since about 36 years. He started with guitar - and he still loves to play this instrument but today it's not that important for him anymore. Today his role is much more into production and composition of all kind of electronic, pop and rocksongs, and if there is some space he may also add some guitars.

Mindmovie is currently involved in three bandprojects =>

Flaming Bess (progressive rock)
The Band has so far released 5 albums

Tanz der Goetter (1979)
Verlorene Welt (1981)
Fata Morgana (1996)
Black Sun (2005)
Waechter des Lichts (2008)

Wi:Re (electronic beats, hip hop & funk, jazz)
no releases so far as the band is just at startup
phase. Main songwriters are Mindmovie and Claasvader
who is also present in the MI7 community.

A.C.S.S. (Soul, Hip Hop & Electronic Beats)
no releases so far again a very new bandproject.
Feauring Stean Stifft and Sara England on vocals
Mindmovie and Claasvader as the main composers and
instrumentalists.

About the songs posted here - Mindmovie says:

"Planet Passion" was recorded in July 2008 a backing to cater for the lyrics or crazy ideas of a community member, a kind of slow waltz but in my way.

"Aurora" is a song dedicated to the power of the sun Actually composed in the 70's and reworked on the first sunny sunday I had within 2008.

"For The One's We Love" is another very personal song from - This one was written for my wife and my son a traditional slow waltz theme. The Piano and harmonies are played/composed by Abbeyroad a very good friend and MI7 member - check out his profile. His music is faboulous and he is a very nice guy.

"A Space Based Utopia" is a remix done for DJ Rkod. I added some Bass and Guitars recently in February 2008. Check out his profile he produces tons of good music.

"Mekon Peppers" - was recorded in July 2008 a backing to cater for the lyrics or crazy ideas of a community member, a kind of progessive rock songs but my guitars are still missing.

It's now probably more a rock song than it was previously but I always felt that something was missing ? so here we go again - hope you will like the new version and thanks again to DJ Rkod for allowing me to use his samples !

Re: Waechcter story line: I can't sleep Not knowing what the story's about; so, either way, I'm Sleepless in Seattle! ( ... well, LA, then.) Anyway, I am getting a feel for the atmosphere of the settting from the voice actors performances, which are all good, by the way. "Der Shlossel"/Creepy Guy, I suspect is the evil Cathul; those evil guys always get the best parts, don't they? Alexi is the thief, but not a bad dude, though, right? Hmm ...
