my biography

Hi, well I have not made music for a while since all the equipment and software etc I had died but I will be back very soon with a bigger better home studio ready to give this music thing a damn good shot. I am a 28 year old sound technician who has a B.s.c honours degree in studio recording and performance technology but im still learning especially when it comes to mixing. I live in the UK , I play guitar and love to make my own guitar based rock music, instrumentals but also enjoy remixing and creating songs using loops. Muisc has been one of the most important things in my life since i can remember. I have always felt that if I had the tools to make music and the ability to play different instruments I could make something worthwhile. i will not stop until I have done so. Thought I would mention that the first song on my playlist called Born To Be Different is still work in progress , it has not been mixed or mastered etc.

Title: Pitch Black

Title: Born to Be Different

Description: This is an instrumental track that I made one afternoon, . I played and wrote all the guitar parts and put together the backing tracks very quickly , has not benn mixed or mastered. The synth type sound is not a synth its two other guitar tracks. Its still in its early days you could call it work in progress but I will develop it further. It requires bass and maybe some strings and possibly a vocal. I can hear lyrics but unfortunatly cannot sing. Please listen to it till the end for the change. listen and enjoy.

Title: The Journey

Description: Cinematic soundtrack. Found a nice keyboard sample from loopmasters then just added some choir sounds i played on keyboard and guitar parts etc. It just built up over three days out of nowhere. Starts of easy and bulds into something quite poweful. I imagine it in a film scene or something.

my influences

Everything and anything especially 70s classic rock , blues. Such as Status quo , SRV , Gary moore , Jimi hendrix , ACDC , Gun and the Doors. Other favourites would be Oasis, Foo fighters , Metallica , Marilyn Manson, linkin Park , etc. I appreciate all kinds of music ranging from the purest pop to the heaviest rock , if i like it i like it its as simple as that.

Good to have you here - and I like your Music - Born to be different is a very nice and mellow song - already now and even if you say it's work in progress I clearly here your talent and inspiration.
