my biography
CLARK has existed since 2001.
Anders met Alexander and started writing together. Since both of them are singers there was no fight over the lead vocals position, we just made it a band with two extraordinary lead vocalists!
The one musical influence that unites all of the members in CLARK would be The Beatles, since we all grew up listening to them and got to understand the impact they have had on the music scene world wide since 1963.
Other than that, our influences spread as wide as it possibly can. Everything from Bob Dylan to Brad Paisley, Josh Rouse, Sly Stone, Stevie Wonder, U2, STING, John Mayer and Michael Jackson to today's contemporary pop and rock music.
CLARK released our first album, "Two of a kind", in Japan in 2004.
The same album got released in early 2006 in Sweden and got straight to the top ten on the Swedish single charts and a tour followed that summer.
In november we got invited to a huge music festival in China, wich resulted in numerous TV appearances, concerts and meetings within just a week. Shortly after our visit we were on a top 20 list of downloads on one of China's biggest on-line music shops.
We released the album "Our Best 2nd Album" in Sweden during the spring of 2007 and got up once more on the single charts.
This time we had recorded the album live in studio making it sound a lot more naked and "honest" if you may.
We are determined to go where we want to go and we know that if we get the chance we will take it and make the best out of it.
There's nothing stopping us now...

With some help from sir William Shakespeare we found a good explanation to this and translated it into seven languages. After all, music and love is the two things that brings people from all over the world together.

very strong songs in which real skill shines through.
Well performed and produced, and really good vocals.
My only critique would be that your influences sometimes are a bit too obvious.
Nevertheless, I really enjoyed listening and Love is absolutely my favourite of this selection.

- Hi guys, how are you? Thanks for your friendship. I totally agree with Mike (below), your vocals are very good and so are your songs. Great production. The Beatles' influence is evident. 'Waiting in Line' and 'Yeah baby' are exciting; 'Love' is beautiful; 'I Don't Need You' is powerful. I've nothing to add to the description of 'Living my Life'. Can't say which is my favorite, really. Perhaps thrilling 'Yeah baby', its rhythm, the wah. Oh yeaah! Sweet memories…

You have some great songs here ,the vocals are very good ,backing and lead,I like the guitars the drums it all sounds good .
My fave song is "LOVE" very nice with sweet vocals ,
