my biography

West Coast's, Nu Rock & Tribal Beatz Drummer & Percussionist, Bam Dixon has played & toured the west to east coast of North America with wide recording & tour experience. Watch for more info about dates for upcoming shows. His con't work with Hiatus is ongoing as does his work in producing, session drummming, recording & soundtrack composition is always looking to record & produce with new projects & artists. Playing with Rock acts such as: The Overlords, Alexisonfire, Full House, Hybrahma, CFC, Earth Needs Zen, Monochrome Sun, Laurie Webb, Kate Lensing, to Andy Kim.

He's working CD for a new group that's going to be "in the media soon" & on a solo project, inspired by J.Lennon, Yes & Spirallng: "Earth Needs Zen", world music thing far from RACE & Alexisonfire. His recording studio is in Vancouver, Canada & he also composes soundtrack for film, documentaries. He's in the studio recording a couple CD projects this spring & prep'ing to hit the road. Tight, dynamic & hard-hitting, dual kick, great chops…

"I travel to LA/NYC/TO/UK/HLD & will play anywhere...Ready to relocate for touring/out of Van. production is not an issue including to the US & UK". Gear & Qwik Bio: Tama Artstar main kit, Roland VDrums/VCym's, big Vintage/Rare drum & collection. He plays synth: Korg Workstation, Akai S3000XL, Alesis DM-5, Roland TD-10 + many VSTi & can play drums + synth on stage. Extremely versitile & has worked with many top producers Re: Dale Penner, Ken Spence, David Peterson, David Cahill. Any interested bands or players should contact me via message here & you'll get a response quickly with regards to working together or sessions to touring....Peace

The vocals are mixed pretty low in RETREAT otherwise I quite enjoyed the feel of the song.

excellent drumming although I have to state that the music itself is out of my comfort zone on E.N.D. - I like Retreat - which is much more to my taste. What would be your pre-requisites for some collaborations ?
