Hi Jason, how are you today? Thanks for your friendship at Mi7. I'm doing my round of listening and voting (if required). Love your guitar sound in 'Walls' and I like the happiness that radiates from 'To The Beach'. Hope you'll find some time to listen to my songs and vote for me… thank you! Best wishes and success from the low lands of Holland, Richard
I uploaded a new song, called Come Back To Me. It's my first band recording at the SAE. Actualy I played all instruments, did the engineering and mixing. Vocals were done by a friend. Hope you lilke it.
Yes ... i am the composer and the producer of all my songs. I'm also the programmer, sound eng. etc ... and the guy who gonna pick up the coffee :) Regards, Mike C.
Wow - I did not know hat you went to a professional studio with it. Well - if you paid money for this - you should ask them to re-visit the result - less compression and a bi more analog feel would improve the track a lot..
Hi Jason, To the beach is very commercial, could easily be a single. I like the vocal arrangements, again very nice ideas there. But for the genre this would going to (Ibiza party stuff) and my taste it does not sound fully right, the production could be a bit more smoothly . I find the high frequencies sounding a bit cheap - so from a mixing perspective you should re-vist this nice song to make it even better as it already sounds.. Should be easy to sell this to a record company in case you did not do this already.
Hi Jason, Thanks for your comment. Glad to hear from you. I'm sorry but I can't listen to any music on MI7. Tell me how it works! Maybe it's because of desasterly slow internet they have here in Kazakhstan? Looking forward to hear from you. Eduard.
Hi Dave,no it's just Finale 2004 playing my composition on organ, bad recording quality, have unfortenately to do it with primitives means...Already voted on your song, not bad, keep up the good work!
I can hear a lot of neo-classical influences... nice tones... nice melodies... I would just spice it bit more with some excitement and get it more fluid without sounding too tight!
