First of all, of course congratulations are in order- as an American, I can only be grateful for the embracing of music that has been many a time looked upon as a source of embarassment, and lack of refinement. You seem determined not to perform such music as some sort of cynical cartoon; although "a wild, liquor-fuelled hoe-down" as your descriptive quote might be a bit much. Though I might be nit-picking or not, your music shows love and attention- thanks for your response to my last comment, I hope you enjoy your studio time; remember, it's just a matter of better tools, it's the idea that's important. Robert Johnson didn't need 24-bit clarity to get mentioned in this comment, for instance...
hoi cedars; nice to be friends; hope you have a jolly good time at real world studios, that you can capture the life atmosphere of your songs; groeten van piet
Wow, congratulations. I can imagine a few thousand who are jalous now. Working in the same area as Peter Gabriel gives you wings I think. All the best from Antwerpen - Belgium
