Hey ya'll, Bam on Drumz from Vancouver Canada wishing a BC toke & drop a dime on ya'll. In the rock/pop world, there's so way too much splintering & lack of acceptance from/by on genre branch to another. Both in fans & bands themselves.

<u>This is what Sux!</u> The notion that other's creations suck. I don't join some bands because my playing isn't right for that group but neither I nor they suck. I have a wide yet specific list of bands & styles I like to write & play or listen to but just because "we/I" hate country music...it doesn't SUCK! I don't buy hip hop (though I've wrote & produced much; really as a way to place all the damn techno I had lying on my hard drives), but I like the spirit of many artists & hell Em&Em is very wik'd with beatz & grooves in his rants. 

The 60's-70's rock explosion was amazing because it wasn't so often a target to an audience than feelings & ideas put to music. Bands like Yes, ("The People's Band"...Melody Maker '73) to King Crimson & Pink Floyd {sorry Clash, they don't suck because u wrote it on a T-shirt) opened up a huge new area of un- explored sounds, In this Nickelback world on the airwaves of clone bands, just isn't happening. Chad's a great guy & player...but it's been done already! The new rock is excellent but I'm sick of that "sux" if "our" band doesn't play it. Hope u all open your minds while you write songs as we need to create the next wave of rock/pop music. US Idol isn't my way but whatever! Peace out, Bam from Van
