Slow day in paradise

I`ve got lots of ideas and several half finished projects and absolutely no energy what so ever to do anything. Gotta get a another cup of coffee and a smoke.
It`s a sunny day ... but there`s that special smell of snow in the wind saying winter`s coming on.
I know this can`t be of much interest to anyone else, but I just felt like writing it down anyway.
Nothing much is happening ... it`s just a slow day in paradise.

Special smell of snow!!! Jesus, what are you drinking, Fireman? That's why I moved to California, to get away from those nut freezing winters. If I never saw another season again, it would be too soon. Thank you very much : ) RT

I wish it was in something I was drinking and that the beaches of sunny California was just around the corner.
I`ve moved as far south in Sweden as I can possible get to shake that freezing snow, but Sweden just isn`t long enough (at least not in this end).
Haven`t had any snow yet this winter though, so I guess it could be worse.

Dear Dr. Watson ... my man! The one known as
SnowflakeFiremanButIt'sTooLongANameToPostOnMi7—How goes it? 8—)

How long has it been since we last spoke/wrote/spaeke? How are you ... well, I hope? Are you busy still at work ... hmm, I 'spose so, since I haven't seen your witticisms around Mi7. I miss not seeing your humorous deftly touched scribes around the place. Well, I hope I'll see fruits of your artistic labors in the not too distant future ...
Dreaming 2, please ... Waiting ...

Children and songs (as far as I am concerned) are like bookmarks in life, and regardless of what you (Fireman) think of my songs (or my children), you are a part of them. (No, not my children, dude! My songs!) You gave me support (in my early days @ Mi7) when I was at a low point in my life, and you gave me valid criticism when needed
(check the note, below); for these qualities I shall be eternally grateful. Truly—and don't write me back a "Oh I didn't do anything special" note—Yes, you did, Fireman. So just be gracious and accept my compliment to you.

Now, why (you may be thinking) is Artie going on in such a fashion? The reason I am giving you this preamble is to lay the groundwork, see! I have been obsessed these last few months, have been in a creative vacuum, Fireman, but I'm back now, and truly enlightened. (Yeah, Right!!!)

Anyway, dude, what I am trying to say is I would like to send you a copy of my recent cd, IF YOU WOULD LIKE! Only, if you would like. I realize it may not be your "cup of tea," (musically) but you are (like it or not) a part of it's realization.

In as much as two people who have never met and live thousands of miles away and have seldom communication, I consider you a friend. You are a good dude, Fireman. So. There you have it.

Let me know if you want a cd and I'll send it off. If not, no probs, my man. I'll think no less of you.

Warmest wishes.

Artie

By the way, FManDude, there is no note, below. My note (above) was in response to an earlier private communication between us, that could not be sent as a private message: An Error in Sending Your Message!. But apparently "CODE MONKEYS" have been dispatched to sort the problem out.—Oh Praise The Lord, now I can sleep easier knowing that "CODE MONKEYSEYS" are on the case!
