      <description>I tend to agree with Michel re: it working well on the atmospheric tracks.  Personally, I think it works less well with drums - especially any hihats.
I particularly like "Black ...", "Yellow" and "Brown" - they stand shoulder to shoulder with the best electronic industrial music I listened to in the 80s, and could be taken straight from a low-rate transfer from an old LP collection.

      <description>Hi Steve,

Well, to be honest, I didn't think that the low bitrate file format would work, but it does and surprisingly well, especially on the more atmospheric tracks. It adds its own specific character to the music. How do you approach writing for these low res file formats?
