Legally speaking, the copyright holder refuses permission unless and until you have active consent. The only way you can legally host this is by contacting the copyright holder (which is probably a publishing company) and asking them. They will almost certainly say no however. I know, it sucks. But that's the law. Yes, you'd get half that much for murder, go figure. Although the record is out of print, the copyright is still valid, and presumably still rests with the original songwriters and/or publishing company, and you need their permission before reproducing this.
